Indigenous Healing, is a wellness studio. I Am a professional in the health/wellness field and I am bringing several Holistic health/wellness services under one roof. Indigenous Healing will offer all-inclusive Holistic skin/personal grooming care services, personal fitness training, Holistic nutrition classes and coaching, and Kemetic & Yin Yoga classes Etc . I feel these are a good combination of services because as a person becomes interested in different aspects of a healthier lifestyle, it naturally leads to an interest Into a wealthy lifestyle. SO let's build Generational wealth while in the process of creating generational health !!
My History:
I’ve always seen myself as a advocate for my Kommmunity, Since I was young I’ve always lived a Holistic diet, Eating off the land. It has always been instilled into my life & truly something Ive had always been naturally tapped into. I’ve also have always been physically active living an Holistic lifestyle. I’ve always been self disciplined when it came to my health and I was so young unconsciously doing it. So as Ive gotten older I began to share that with others. I started out as an cheerleading coach to help progress others in their fitness journey as well as passion, and from then it has driven me into starting my own fitness training program and it led into me sharing my way of living , My lifestyle overall. So as the years came by I was so inspired that I became an certified Kemetic yoga instructor & A Holistic Herbalist. I love helping others and being an inspiration, Advocate for others , I want to continue building my Kommmunity through Health & Holistic Wellness, Its so possible to follow your Dreams & Visions and I am a living example.

My mission is to inspire and guide our Kommunity towards a healthier lifestyle by providing access to quality fitness/Yoga classes, nutrition resources, and Holistic wellness services. I Am dedicated to helping individuals cultivate a balanced & vibrant life through holistic health practices, mindfulness, and Holistic Traditions. My mission is to make healthy living accessible and enjoyable for all, by offering a range of services, products, and resources that support physical, mental, and emotional wellness.
